A taxonomic review of Thiotricha Meyrick, 1886 (Lepidoptera, Gelechiidae, Thiotrichinae) from China, with descriptions of 84 new species

Abstract:Thiotricha Meyrick, 1886 is a large and morphologically diverse genus in the subfamily Thiotrichinae of the family Gelechiidae. The distribution is mainly concentrated in the Old World, but only 14 species were previously known in China. In this study, we reviewed Chinese Thiotricha and examined related species distributed in Korea, Japan, Cambodia and Vietnam.
