A Thematic Analysis of the Effectiveness of The Assisting Rehabilitation through Collaboration (ARC) Programme

Abstract: This paper evaluates the perceptions of effectiveness, from those working within ARC (Assisting Rehabilitation through Collaboration); the National Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Programme in Lincolnshire.
