A Tool for Evaluating the Performance of SiC-Based Bidirectional Battery Chargers for Automotive Applications

Abstract: In this paper, a procedure to simulate an electronic power converter for control design and optimization purposes is proposed. For the addressed application, the converter uses SiC-MOSFET technology in bidirectional battery chargers composed of two power stages.
