Healthy eating patterns associated with physical activity (PA) are important factors for the survival of breast cancer survivors. However, little is known about whether the different domains of PA (occupational, leisure/sport and commuting) can interfere with healthy eating. For this, 128 breast cancer survivors were evaluated. The socioeconomic class was analyzed using the questionnaire of the Brazilian Association of Research Companies (ABEP). The eating habits and the frequency of weekly food intake were assessed through the Block questionnaire, while the level of PA through the Baecke questionnaire and the time spent on sedentary behavior through the participants' reports. It was found that breast cancer survivors with higher levels of leisure / sport PA presented higher consumption of fruits (β = 0.32; CI = 0.02; 0.62), cereals (β = 0.79; CI = 0.47; 1.10) and white meat (β = 0.31; CI = 0.05; 0.58), similar results were observed with displacement PA. Higher levels of PA were related to higher consumption of vegetables (β = 0.28; CI = 0.05; 0.50) and lower consumption of candies (β = -0.33; CI = -0.59; -0.08). It is concluded that breast cancer survivors who practice more PA in their different domains had a higher consumption of healthy foods.
