A Truncated Matrix Completion Algorithm Using Prior Information for Wind Turbine Clutter Suppression

Abstract: The conventional matrix completion (MC) regularizes each singular value equally, and thus the rank cannot be well approximated, which greatly limits the flexibility and accuracy of MC usage.
