In order to collect the required data, the form of a questionnaire was adopted and applied to a sample of (60) teaching staff at the university, in addition to adopting the method of interviews. The study used a set of statistical methods, the most important ones are (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression coefficients).
Findings: Strategic planning has an instrumental role in the success of e-learning. The weakness of strategic planning for the college understudy towards e-learning led to a set of challenges for the transformation of this type of work. This is proved by the results of the relationship between strategic planning and the success of e-learning.
