A Utilização do Software Coliseum no Auxílio do Aprendizado dos Alunos de Administração

Abstract

In the labor market, the use of technology is critical for administrators to know the techniques and administrative tools to deal with and succeed in their work. Universities and colleges use business gaming software to aid decision making by simulating business environments. This paper presents and analyzes the results of a questionnaire about the use of Simulator Coliseum software in a Higher Education Institution. The results show that the simulator can aid in the learning of the students, providing the experience of theoretical skills.
