A Virtual Reality Simulator for Training Wrist Arthroscopic Surgery

Abstract: The minimally invasive approach of arthroscopy means less pain and faster recovery time for patients compared to open surgery. However, it implies a high difficulty of performance. In this paper, a functional prototype of a virtual reality simulator for training wrist arthroscopic surgery is introduced.
