Abstract:An 80-year-old woman with a medical history of obesity, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension was admitted to the general medical ward of a regional hospital for low-grade fever and dysuria; she was treated for a urinary tract infection with amoxicillin and clavulanate by the parent team.
