Abstract:Introduction:The relationship between serum vitamin D3 (25-OH-Cholecalciferol) and anti-double stranded-DNA (ds-DNA) antibodies in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) has been revealed separately; however, a possible link between these two factors and its effect on disease severity in patients with SLE has not been clarified yet.
