Ab initio lattice dynamics of mixed semiconductors

Abstract: This contribution sums up the studies done during last ten or so years at our laboratory, emphasizing notably the context of first-principles calculations, devoted to elucidating the vibration spectra of pseudobinary semiconductor alloys.
