AB1000 Rheumathoid arthritis misdiagnosis and osteoarthritis as the most frequent cause for diagnosis mistake

Abstract: Background There is a lack of expertise in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in primary care centers maybe worldwide and commonly, many patients with osteoarthritis (OA) are misdiagnosed with RA, leading to wrong treatment with consequent clinical impact.
