It is believed (Golda, 2018) that already the Abakans, which represent an early stage of the artist's work, can be classified as pioneering works of eco-art (or Ecological art), which is defined as an artistic practice that manifests ecological activism to expose and open dialogues about environmental issues and prevent environmental degradation (Golda, 2018, p. 437). The manifesto it embodies is multifaceted, ranging from the use of waste and materials that do not harm environmental resources to the nature of the work, which is characterized by a slow pace, the involvement of the whole body and a physical sense of the nature of the material.…”

“…W tekstach i wywiadach artystka podkreśla swoją głęboką i bliską więź z przyrodą, wywodzącą się jeszcze z czasów dzieciństwa, następnie w różny sposób wyrażaną w twórczości. Uważa się (Golda, 2018), że już Abakany, stanowiące wczesny etap prac artystki, mogą być zaliczane do pionierskich prac eco-artu (lub Ecological artu), czyli artystycznej praktyki, która manifestuje aktywizm ekologiczny w celu wyeksponowania i otwarcia dialogu na temat problemów środowiskowych i zapobiegania degradacji środowiska (Golda, 2018, s. 437).
