ABCC6, Pyrophosphate and Ectopic Calcification: Therapeutic Solutions

Abstract: Pathological (ectopic) mineralization of soft tissues occurs during aging, in several common conditions such as diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and renal failure and in certain genetic disorders.
