“…Staphylococcus aureus is the most commonly isoled germ [6] [7], as was the case with our patient. Sometimes the infection is polymicrobial as is the case with immunocompromised patients [4]. Complimentary examinations are not necessary for the positive diagnosis but they can help in the etiological diagnosis.…”
