Abdominal Cocoon Syndrome in a 13-Weeks Pregnant Woman

Abstract: ncapsulating peritoneal sclerosis, also known as abdominal Cocoon syndrome (ACS) is a rare condition presenting with small-bowel obstruction due to a thick fibrous membrane encasing portions of the intestine.
