Abstract: Human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived cardiomyocytes have emerged as powerful tools for disease modelling and cell therapy. The production of cardiomyocytes from hPSCs typically requires expanding large numbers of hPSCs and maintaining them in culture for extended periods of time.
