Tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) has a high degree of pro-inflammatory and can cooperatively regulate the pathogenic effect of other cytokines. TNFα inhibitors have shown effective in treating plaque psoriasis. IL-10 is closely related to the severity of psoriasis.
