Abortion Law Illiberalism and Feminist Politics in Comparative Perspective

Abstract: Since the 1970s, a liberal politics has dominated comparative abortion law, one almost too ubiquitous to name. This article tracks departures from liberal abortion law in Europe and the Americas that have reshaped the field of comparative abortion law.
