Abstract:The high order conserved Kuramoto-Sivashinsky equation models the evolution of the amplitude and long-range interactions in underwater sand ripples in one dimension. In this paper, we prove the well-posedness of the classical solutions for the Cauchy problem, associated with this equation.
The dynamics of aeolian sand ripples is described by a 1D non-linear evolutive fourth order equation. In this paper, we prove the well-posedness of the classical solutions of the Cauchy problem, associated with this equation.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
