Abstract:Recent studies carried out on the wild bees of Guadeloupe led to questions about the taxonomic validity of Exomalopsis bartschi and Exomalopsis biliotti, two species described from material collected in Guadeloupe. A revision of the known species of Exomalopsis on this island allowed to validate the name Exomalopsis bartschi Timberlake and to consider Exomalopsis biliotti as a nomen nudum.
