About Understanding of the Official Document According to the Articles 292 and 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the Purpose of Qualifying Crimes

Abstract

The article identifies and reveals the Corpus delicti of forgery (Article 292 of the Criminal Code) and the manufacture of counterfeit documents (Article 327 of the Criminal Code). The article concludes that there is a differentiated understanding of the official document for the composition of crimes from different chapters of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
