Abstract:Introduction:
BRASH syndrome is a relatively newly recognized and under-reported clinical entity characterized by bradycardia, renal dysfunction, atrioventricular node blockade (AVNB), shock, and hyperkalemia. We report a case of BRASH syndrome that was refractory to medical therapy alone, requiring transvenous pacing, hemodialysis, and vasopressor support.
