Abstract: Recent studies correlate Hedgehog (Hh) signaling with reduced survival rates in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients. Activation of hedgehog signaling in the adjacent mesenchyme has been shown to promote tumor growth and it is a poor prognosis factor for TNBC.
