Abstract:High grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is the most common and lethal subtype of ovarian cancer. Many cancers, including HGSOC, contain a “stromal” component comprised of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), immune cells, and blood vessels, as well as their secreted factors and extracellular matrix.
