Abstract: Introduction: Prostate carcinoma (PCa) is the most common malignancy in men. Androgen-targeted therapy and chemotherapy are currently the treatment of choice for advanced stages. Due to resistance towards these therapies, prognosis remains poor and new treatment options are urgently required.
