Abstract 15305: Gastric Ulcer Perforation Mimicking Inferoposterior ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction on Electrocardiogram

Abstract: Introduction: ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and gastric perforation are emergencies with progressively higher mortality without emergent intervention.
