Abstract:Introduction:
Brain death occurs in 10-15% of successfully resuscitated out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients. Early identification of potential organ donors is critical to prevent withdrawal of life sustaining therapy (WLST) and ensure adequate organ perfusion.
