Abstract:Background & Aims: High metabolic activity is a hallmark of cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a major form of liver cancer. However, the molecular features of HCC with high metabolic activity contributing to the clinical outcomes and their therapeutic implications are poorly understood.
