Abstract: Introduction: Multiplexed analysis of limited tissue samples can improve our understanding of tumor biology and tumor microenvironment. Chromogenic and fluorescent multiplexed immunohistochemistry (IHC) approaches are available and offer great insights while conserving limited tissue however these approaches have their limitations.
