Abstract: Nogo was first identified as an inhibitor of neuronal axonal regeneration. Recently, Nogo-B was implicated in the proliferative and anti-apoptotic remodeling in systemic arteries; reduced Nogo-B expression was seen in remodeled mouse femoral arteries following injury.
