Abstract 4968: “Moonlighting Functions” of glycolytic enzymes relate to human prostate cancer invasion

Abstract: Background: Castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) is the second leading cause of cancer deaths among US men. Currently, a large number of small and low grade prostate cancers (PCa) are being diagnosed. Only a few of them will metastasize and become lethal. A clinical method to distinguish aggressive from the indolent tumors is warranted.
