Abstract: The National Cancer Institute (NCI) has developed a Patient-Derived Models Repository (PDMR) comprised of quality-controlled, early-passage, clinically-annotated patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) to serve as a resource for public-private partnerships and academic drug discovery efforts.
