Abstract: Introduction: The Geographic Management of Cancer Health Disparities Program (GMaP) is a national NCI program with the goal of increasing cancer health disparities (CHD) research. GMaP Region 1 North (R1N) is one of seven GMaP Regional “hubs” based at NCI-designated cancer centers (CCs) across the country, covering the states of DE, KY, ME, MD, NH, VA, VT, WV, and the District of Columbia.
