Abstract:Background Colorectal cancer (CRC) persists as the second leading cause of cancer death and African Americans (AA) carry a disproportionate burden of CRC, having the highest incidence and mortality. Although CRC is one of the few cancers where screening can be prevention, AAs have lower uptake of CRC screening.
