Abstract: To investigate therapy induced evolutionary patterns in glioblastoma (GBM), we completed whole exome sequencing of all samples, as well as transcriptome sequencing, DNA copy number, DNA methylation, and mRNA from at least one primary sample, and one (post-therapy) recurrent sample.
