Abstract: Background/Rationale: The non-receptor tyrosine kinase PTK6/Brk is highly expressed in the ER+/Luminal breast cancer subtypes. PTK6 expression has prognostic significance for patients with ER+ disease; higher transcript levels are associated with poorer survival.
