Abstract: Introduction: Prostate Cancer (PCa) risk is influenced by both rare germline pathogenic variants (GPVs) in DNA damage repair genes and common variants as measured by polygenic risk scores (PRS) however, the combined effect of GPVs and PRS on PCa risk in men of African ancestry has not been investigated.
