Academic Adjustment Mahasiswa Baru Ditinjau dari Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, dan Self Concept

Abstract: Academic adjustment yaitu kemampuan individu untuk menghadapi tuntutan dan syarat akademik agar terpenuhi dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan serta perbedaan academic adjustment yang ditinjau dari self esteem, self efficacy, dan self concept pada mahasiswa baru UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya angkatan tahun 2020.
