Academic infrastructure and competence centres for a potentially evolving nanomanufacturing industry

Abstract: Nanotechnology is considered by many to be a harbinger of the next 'Schumpeterian' economic wave. These Schumpeterian waves drive industry wide 'creative' destruction.
