Acceptability of scab‐resistant versus conventional apple cultivars by Polish adult and young consumers

Abstract: BACKGROUND:One of the problems in marketing fruit is to increase the share of fruits produced in sustainable agriculture to meet the expectation of ecology-oriented consumers.
