“…It is an unusual thoracic cage anomaly manifested a normonumerary or supernumerary rib or a bifid rib, which usually follows an abnormal course in the thoracic cavity [2]. Since its first description by Lutz in 1947 [3], only approximately 50 cases have been reported till date [4]. In most of all cases, they are asymptomatic, but they may be associated with developmental abnormalities of ribs and vertebrae.…”
