Abstract: Through radiographic evaluation to discover the location of a displaced implant, it was revealed that the implant had migrated to the middle meatus of the nasal cavity. The patient had no signs or symptoms, and no inflammation was observed radiographically. The implant was removed under endoscopy through the nostril.
