Accidentally posterolateral thoracotomy

Abstract

Penetran toraks travmalarının birçoğu, ateşli silah veya bıçak yaralanması sonucu gelişir. Penetran toraks travmasına neden olan cam kazalarında ise, ölümcül yaralanmalar, cam kapıya çarpma veya cam üstüne düşme ile gerçekleşir. Otuz bir yaşında bir erkek hasta, cam kapıya çarparak yaralanma sonucu acil servise başvurdu. Sol arka yan torakotomi şeklinde 20 cm kesi, 10 cm kaburgalar arası defekt ve toraks içinde 5x7 cm cam parçası olmasına rağmen hastanın genel durumu iyi ve vital bulguları stabildi. Bu yazıda, kazara sol arka yan torakotomi şeklinde yaralanan fakat organ hasarı olmayan penetran toraks travmalı olgu literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunuldu.Anah tar söz cük ler: Kazara; yabancı cisim; penetran toraks travması.The majority of penetrating thoracic traumas develop due to gun shots or stab wounds. In glass injuries causing penetrating thoracic trauma, fatal traumas occur due to collisions with glass doors or falls on glass. A 31-year-old male patient was admitted to the emergency department after an injury caused by a collision with a glass door. Although he had a 20 cm posterolateral thoracotomy incision, a 10 cm intercostal defect and a 5x7 piece of glass in the thorax, his general condition was good and his vital signs were stable. In this article, a case with penetrating thoracic trauma, who was accidentally wounded in the form of the left posterolateral thoracotomy without any organ damage was presented in the light of literature data.
