Abstract:This study examines the acculturation of Hong Kong drifters and northward drifters in the Greater Bay Area. Despite sharing nationality, both groups face challenges adapting to a familiar yet distinct cultural and linguistic environment. The study delves into acculturative stress and coping strategies using a qualitative approach to analyze survey data.
