Abstract:Minerals present in potato tubers are of particular interest due to the value of this crop as a food crop. The purpose of the three-year study was to evaluate the effects of herbicide treatment and foliar feeding with organic biostimulants on the content and uptake of sodium and iron in tubers of two varieties of edible potato (Oberon and Malaga).
