Abstract: Introduction: Knee joint space narrowing (JSN) is a primary outcome measure in the progression of knee osteoarthritis and its treatment. JSN is most frequently determined from radiographs relying on the radiographic shadow of the anterior or posterior margins of the tibial plateau.
