Accurate Fiber Skew Measurements by a Phase Method

Abstract: Recently, an optical parallel transmission using fiber ribbons has been investigated. The important parameter for optical parallel transmission systems is skew and recent fiber ribbon manufacturing technologies make the skew value low.
