“…The LC alignment state on the layer was confirmed by POM (BXP 51, Olympus) and pretilt angle measurements (Autronic TBA 107) via the crystal rotation method. [31,32] The thermal endurance of the LC alignment on the layer was evaluated by annealing from 90 to 180 °C at equal intervals of 30 °C followed by POM measurements.
