“…Training in Cytopathology includes more than obtaining medical knowledge and skill. At the end of the training, one must be deemed competent in all the six general competencies which are medical knowledge, patient care, interpersonal and communication skills, practice‐based learning and improvement, professionalism, and systems‐based practice 4 preparing them for independent practice and professional development. The stay‐at‐home order markedly compromised interpersonal communications within the department, and outside with medical and non‐medical staff.…”
